Work from home life can be a bit isolating and working from a cafe can be a bit distracting. Come cowork at Atrium! Take your favorite class before, after, or in the middle of your workday without the stress of multiple commutes and parking struggles. You’ll also have access to our studios for short movement-breaks when there aren’t classes going on. Spaces are limited to six people—enough to feel like you are part of something bigger than just you and your screen but small enough where the only distraction will be the pot of delicious coffee calling your name from the cart.

Coworking FAQs

Get the most out of your coworking session! Here are some things to know before you arrive for your booking.

  • There’s a fine line between “company” and “a crowd,” so we limit our coworking space to just six bookings. Be sure to reserve your spot ahead of time

  • Yes! Whenever classes aren’t in session you’re welcome to take movement breaks whenever you need them.

  • A quiet room featuring a few different work zones, a classic pot of coffee, an old fashioned radio for some background musical accompaniment, and access to a basic printer, if needed.

  • You can spend the whole work day here! Coworking hours are from 8:30-4pm.

    Please note: Momence only lets you book for a one-hour slot. Please book your first hour and stay as long as you like after that.

  • Yes! This is one of the big benefits of coworking at Atrium. You can easily attend a class before/during/after your work day without having to rush or commute!
