CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:
You will receive a class credit back to your account if you cancel more than an hour before the designated class start time.
You will forfeit your class credit if you cancel within one hour of the designated class start time, or after class has started.

What to Expect

We know showing up to a new studio for the first time can be confusing and a bit intimidating! Here’s what to expect and how to prepare when you book a class with Atrium.

  • Whatever’s comfortable! Make sure you’re wearing clothing that allows you to squat, bend, sit, and move comfortably (whatever that means for you!)

  • Our studios do have a general “No Shoes” policy. If you’re more comfortable wearing shoes, please bring a pair that's for classes only and not worn outdoors.

  • You’ll bring your own mat and sweat towel to most classes! Forgot your mat? We have some loaners available—we just ask that you wipe them down after class!

    We also recommend bringing a water bottle to class. If you forget yours, we have cups available at the water station.

  • The Breathe Building is home to three different businesses and some folks have trouble finding Atrium’s front door! Look for the blue and white Atrium A-frame sign—it’ll be right in front of our entrance.

    Once you’re in, you can check in for your class at the front desk. Either a team member or your class instructor will confirm your name and booking, show you around, and answer any questions you have.
