Fitness Classes:
Animal Flow
A ground-based movement class that blends yoga, dance, parkour, and acrobatics to create fun and challenging exercise. Develop strength, mobility, and coordination in a playful, inclusive environment. In each class, you will learn several movements and combine them into a flow. As your familiarity with these movements grows, so will your enjoyment of the practice. All levels of fitness and experience are welcome!
*Currently this class is not on our regular schedule but will be offered from time to time as a workshop or series.
Dynamic Strength & Conditioning
Essential Strength
Develop strength, mobility, agility, balance, coordination, speed, power, endurance, body awareness, and overall athleticism through a variety of movements and equipment. It sounds like a lot, but these classes are truly scalable for beginning and returning fitness enthusiasts. This is not your typical group fitness class—expect to receive individual coaching, learn and integrate practical biomechanics for your life, and work hopefully just a little outside your comfort zone. :)
Build a solid foundation in strength training with this technique-driven class focused on the fundamentals of lifting. This class centers around the movement patterns of the squat, hinge, push, pull, and lunge, with an emphasis on alignment and mechanics, body awareness, and sustainable progress.
Each session incorporates progressive overload—the structured, gradual increase of training stress—to help you build strength, competence, and confidence under load. Expect a mix of workshop-level instruction, focused drills, relevant mobility training, and intelligently programmed workouts to reinforce efficient movement patterns and promote sustainability.
Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refine their foundation with intention and purpose.
Why Try A Fitness Class?
-
Our bodies are built for movement! By practicing natural human movement patterns—squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, rotation, and gait—you’re priming your body for a lifetime of better movement.
-
What we do in the fitness studio translates to your real-world activities. This includes daily activities—like picking things up off the floor or sitting down/standing up— as well as your favorite hobbies, like hiking, sports, and more.
-
Our small group fitness classes allow you to learn from experienced fitness coaches in a supportive environment. We provide real-time feedback throughout classes to keep you moving as safely and efficiently as possible.
