Atrium is seeking experienced Hot Yoga instructors to join our teaching team.
We’re looking for teachers with a solid foundation in alignment-based methods who are interested in offering strong and mindfully paced, Hatha Flow style classes in a 105-degree room. *Please note, these classes are not Bikram and not Power Vinyasa.
Our current available time slots are Wednesdays at 7am and Saturdays at 9:30am, but applications will still be accepted if your availability falls outside those times.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver all-levels yoga classes that prioritize the well-being and diverse needs of participants.
Utilize accessible and non-intimidating approaches, including the use of props, to yoga instruction, making movement a supportive and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages empowerment, personal growth, and community engagement.
Stay open and adaptable to learning new approaches integrating them into your teaching practice.
Collaborate with other instructors and staff, develop special offerings, and promote the other diverse movement classes we offer.
Qualifications:
Adequate and relevant training in yoga asana and philosophy.
Passion for yoga, paired with a community-minded outlook.
Value a broad range of movement modalities outside of yoga and be able to speak to the benefits of diversifying your movement practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating reliability and empathy in all interactions.
Ability to teach/sub non-heated classes is extremely beneficial.
