Weekly yoga classes for all pregnant people, at every stage of pregnancy. Prenatal yoga focuses on positions that are specifically designed and safe for pregnant bodies. Each class takes a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching and strengthening, mental centering, and focused breathing.

This specialized yoga class focuses on exploring body awareness during movement; you'll teach your body (and specifically your core) to be reflexive, responsive, supportive, functional and strong so that you will have increased capacity, decreased pain, and more stability in your everyday life. This class is ideal for those that need support in their lower back, pelvis and sacrum due to pain and instability. It is also ideal for those that need help rebuilding function in their core and pelvic floor, such as after the birth of a child, in cases of prolapse syndromes, and in diastasis recti. We will play with how the core is the center of your whole body, and how it is all connected.

Yoga & Pilates is a trauma-informed, foundational practice designed for stress & tension release, core strength & stability, and embodied spirituality. It brings together elements of functional movement, Pilates, and yoga asana (poses) for an hour of grounding, moving meditation. All levels are welcome.
