Soft Acrobatics

Combining techniques from Capoeira, contemporary dance, and gymnastics, you'll surprise yourself with your newfound ability to use your body weight to move efficiently through space and play upside down. Don't worry, much of the class is dedicated to warming up and building your spatial awareness, strength and floorwork skills. Then, you'll progress into short choreography that incorporates the principles from the warm-up.
